In-stock merchandise: Ships in 2-3 business days.
Out of stock Merchandise: Silver & Solid Gold ships in 2 weeks. Vermeil, black Oxidized or any plated merchandise ships in 4-6 weeks*.
Discontinued Merchandise: In-stock discontinued merchandise ships in 2-3 business days. Out of stock discontinued merchandise ships 2-6 weeks*
We are usually able to make items that have been discontinued and we will reach out to you if otherwise. *Vermeil & Black Oxidized may take up to 6 weeks to ship as we plate our merchandise in Rhode Island and this adds considerably to delivery times.
Shipping Fee Free Standard shipping for orders over $500 placed online. Overnight is $25 via UPS.
What if I need to order just one thing for my customer?
We are all aware of the high cost of shipping these days. As a company we are committed to helping our retailers by incurring some of those costs ourselves, however, we must establish a minimal threshold of $500 to offer free shipping.

Do you provide a display? Yes, we do. Free of charge. Please add it to your order online. It is listed under the Display drop down menu which is coming soon.
Do you provide packaging? Yes, you will be able to place your packaging order within the Display & Packaging drop down menu by May, 2023
Do you offer sales incentives? Yes we do during the holiday season.
What is the sales associate discount? 15% off from the wholesale price, with a limit of three pieces per year.

Will I get an order and shipping confirmation? After you place an order on NinaWynn.com, you will receive a purchase receipt/order confirmation email within minutes of placing the order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.
When will my order arrive? For all items in stock, your order will be shipped within one business day. All packages are shipped out of Colorado, USA. Once shipped, it may take 1-5 business days to arrive. Custom orders are shipped from Vietnam and can take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
PURCHASING
What is your return policy? We at Nina-Wynn Designs want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange your Nina-Wynn Jewelry within 10 business days after you receive your product and we will issue a refund minus the shipping charge. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn and with tags. Please package the jewelry in its original box with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Nina Wynn is not responsible for items lost in transit. If the jewelry is returned without tags, you will be issued a website merchandise credit.
Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. If returned between 10 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. No items will be accepted for returns after 30 days. Some exclusions may apply.
Please contact our Customer Service at hello@NinaWynn.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return can not be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first). All e-mail and voice messages will be answered promptly within 24-hours.
Your credit card will be credited the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.
Do you offer territory exclusivity? On some occasions we do, depending on the request of the territory and investment in the representation of our brand.
What is your repair policy? All repairs are handled individually and will be at customer’s expense. We can give an estimate for repair and the turnaround time only once the item reaches our office.

What payment forms do you accept? We accept most major credit cards, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, wire transfer, check or a bag of cash works too.
VERMEIL
Nina Wynn Designs strives to provide our customers with the most beautiful and long lasting jewelry on the market. Our Silver pieces are .925, and our gold pieces are plated with 22k gold and each stunning piece is finished with a beautiful satin texture.
Our Gold plating process applies a minimum of 2-3 Mils of gold per piece and nickel free. While we describe our jewelry as vermeil, the definition of vermeil includes only 2.5 microns of gold over a silver base.
1 Mil = 25.4 microns
10 Mill = 254 microns
Vermeil = 2.5 microns
Our jewelry is a minimum of 50 microns which is higher than the required amount for Vermeil.
