Made-to-Order Process: Every piece of jewelry you select is made to order. This approach allows us to offer a wide variety of metals including 18k, 14k, 10k, 5k, sterling silver, and gold-filled options. As a result, each item requires time and attention to detail.

Shipping Time: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, please allow a production time of 2-3 weeks. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provided. We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait will be worth the quality of your bespoke piece.

Returns Policy:

• 10-Day Return Window: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 10 days of receiving it. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

• Extended Return Window: Returns made after the initial 10-day window and up to 45 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

• No Returns after 45 Days: We will not accept any returns after 45 days from the date of delivery.
